If your looking for a place that you can bounce ideas, discuss decorations and have your wedding either planned or coorinated without the stress of doing it yourself then Your Special Day Weddings & Events is your one stop shop of creativity and calm decision making!
Based on the Central Coast of NSW, they have been planning weddings and events from Bowral to Port Stephens for over 6 years.
Their pride is being able to create the day that every bride and groom has dreamt about. Discussing the finer point of your family and life and incorporating it into a day that all your guests will rave about for years. With suppliers they trust and creativity coming from every angle of their profession, your event will be distinctive and unique, when it is created by Your Special Day.
They will plan your entire wedding day by your side, or maybe you want to plan it all yourself but have someone coordinate. Corporate launches, fundraisers, celebrations created to wow your guest. Decorations from chair covers through to Candy tables are all available, to finish your special day or event.
VIP Wedding Planning Package
We can plan your entire wedding, researching suppliers and products, collating quotes, vendor visits, samples, full communication and more. This service includes Wedding Day Coordination Package (valued at $750)
When we plan a couples wedding from start to finish, the fee is 10% of what the couple spends. This includes but is not limited too:
- Unlimited meetings between Planner & Couple
- Unlimited communication between Planning & Couple
- Research on all areas of planning the couples wedding and providing the couple with prices, packages and comparisons (if required) between each supplier
- Planner attending any supplier meetings, tastings etc (if required)
- Negotiation of supplier costs… to save you on your budget ( this also reduces our fee to you!) eg a Florist quotes $500 but if we are able to negotiate this price to $450, then you only pay 10% on the $450
- Free Wedding Day Coordination (valued at $750) including a schedule for your wedding day, contacting all suppliers and working with them to bring you the perfect day
- FREE Wedding Wishing Well hire (if required) (valued at $50) deposit required
- FREE hire of upto 50 lycra chair covers (valued at $150)
- 10% discount on any of our decorating products (chair covers, sashes, table centrepieces etc)
Please note: a non refundable deposit of $500 is required to commence planning. This package has a min fee of $1,200

Book to avoid disappointment
Lake Macquarie has over 170km of gorgeous shorelinee available for you to create your beautiful wedding.
You can’t however just rock up and get married in one of the parks or shorelines maintained by Lake Macquarie City Council. The following fees apply:
- Normal Casual Hire (for up to one day and up to 500 people)
- Area Hire (per area per day) – $100
- Speers Point Park Open Shelter hire – $100
- Speers Point Heritage Shed Hire (includes electricity) – $100
- Bond (including key deposit) – upto 500 people per site – $225
- Loss of Key – $100
- Rotunda Hire (hourly rate)
- Toronto Foreshore/Warners Bay Foreshore (including electricity) – $100
- Stage Hire (per day) incl power
- Speers Point Park/Cooranbong Park (wedding, naming ceremony) – $150
- Speers Point Park/Cooranbong Park (not for profit event) – $350
